I came here because I saw a short from Instagram and this place was pretty cool. I grew up on The Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies and just had to check out this place. I think if they didn’t have barbecue here, I don’t think I’d have made the drive all the way out to Bastrop. Glad they did because the food was on point. Definitely recommend the barbecue and worth a stop.

An excellent collection of Horror memorabilia! My husband is a huge Captain Spaulding fan and he thoroughly enjoyed looking through the collection. The excellent BBQ was a bonus! You won’t regret stopping here not only if you’re a Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but a horror movie fan!
